The declipper automatically removes the clips from sausages and loads them into a packaging machine (thermofomer or flowpacker). The sausages are easily loaded on the machine with a whole stick in one go. The rest of the process is fully automatic and length independent.
The infeed of the sausages to the decliper can be automated with a Giecon stickbuffer system (SB1100 or SSB1200). This creates a buffer up to 5 minutes depending on speed and configuration.
